The information you provide will remain strictly confidential and is not linked to your responses to the consultations. In such cases, specific questions at the beginning of a survey help us determine your eligibility. That is why you may not be part of the target group for a consultation even though you received an invitation to participate.
- Topic of the consultation
- URL of the survey (if specified)
To help us best respond to your question, please include as many details as possible, without including any personal information. For example, you could include:
- Description of the problem that occurred
- Copy of the error message that appeared on your screen
- Copy of the question you were answering when the problem occurred
- Your web browser and the version you are using
You can refresh the web page, close the window or click on the link in the email invitation again. In most cases, you will go back to the page you were filling out, and the survey should download properly.
You can also try opening a different web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) to complete the survey.
Note that using your web browser’s BACK and NEXT buttons could cause the survey to quit. Use the navigation buttons under the questions instead.
If you did not finish answering the survey and wish to do so, click on the link in the invitation email again to access the survey. If you have completed it, a message will notify you that you have already used the link.
Your email address will then be removed from our database, and you will no longer receive communications from the panel.
